Our Team

Finn Amund Norbye (59) has an extensive and international career holding key positions within shipping, offshore and finance.

During the last 4 years, Finn Amund has worked with MHWirth where he held the position as the Company’s CEO the past 3 years.

He served as the CEO of Deep Sea Supply Plc from 2010 to 2015 prior to which he was the Company’s CFO from 2005-2010.

From 2001 to 2005, he served as CFO in Bergshav Management AS (Grimstad).

From 1999 to 2001 he was Director and Head of Fortis Bank’s Shipping Division in Rotterdam.

From 1991-1999, Mr. Norbye worked with Christiania Bank (now Nordea) Shipping department, the first two years in Oslo, thereafter 3 years as head of the Bank’s Shipping department in London and from 1996-1999 as head of the Bank’s Shipping department in Singapore.

Prior to joining Christiania Bank, Mr. Norbye has worked with Finansco, Storebrand Finans, Norges Eksportråd (Stockholm) and Electrolux (Bangkok).

Mr. Norbye holds a Master’s degree (Siviløkonom) from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and Stockholm School of Economics.

Mr. Norbye lives in Kristiansand, is married and has two daughters.

Tommy Olofsen, a leader with extensive international experience, working globally with Strategy, Full P&L Responsibility, Business Development, Key Account Management, Organizational Design, and Strategic Workforce planning.

Overall responsible for the commercial strategy and execution at OSM Maritime Group. In addition to the Business Development of OSM Maritime Group and Key Account management infrastructure, and also the one responsible for the development of new value added services to our customers.

Tommy’s focus in addition to the above is to preserve and develop the OSM DNA and core values.

Geir Sekkesaeter has lead OSM Norway since 2013 and now he is the Managing Director for OSM Europe.

Geir Sekkesaeter has served as Senior Vice President of Teekay Marine Management at Teekay Corporation and has more than 20 years of global experience from ship classification as well as ship management activities.

His international experience includes positions in Japan, China, South Korea, UK and Norway. He joined Teekay in 2008 as leader in its fleet operations. Prior to Teekay. Sekkesaeter served as President at Wilhelmsen Ship Management

Simona has been in the Maritime industry since 2006. Throughout her career, Simona has had various positions within Crewing Management and HR in SeaTeam and AP Moller Maersk group (Romania, Philippines and Singapore). Simona also has a sailing background, and holds a Masters degree in Maritime Law as well as a Bachelors degree in Naval Engineering and Navigation.”

Julia has been an active member of the Shipping industry since 1997 and joined the OSM Maritime Group in 2009. She has over the past 13 years progressed to today holding a global role as  Managing Director for Crew Management while at the same time she is the Managing Director of OSM Cyprus. Being a leader in OSM and having the responsibility for over 170+ vessels, ship / shore staff and customers, Julia believes this is made possible because of the fantastic group of dedicated people that prosper through upholding the OSM culture and values in everything they do. ‘Our number one asset is people and this is what sets us apart from others’.

Julia is associated professionally and academically with the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers and the University of Warwick. She had her first academic work published in 2017 for the World Maritime University (WMU) in Malmö, Sweden which is a postgraduate maritime university founded in 1983 by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). With her commitment to empowering women in Shipping and striving to raise awareness for the younger generation, Julia actively supports the Cypriot Shipping cluster through her involvement with WISTA (Women in International Trading and Shipping Association), The Cyprus Shipping Chamber, Young Ship and various other committees and organizations.

Walker Lima has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), post-graduate course in Shipping (Maersk Shipping Academy) and MBA in Oil & Gas.

Walker has more than 20 years of experience from various industries, such as food, construction and mining, and  joined the shipping industry in 2003. After completing a 2-years Management Training Program at Maersk’s Shipping Academy, he added international experience to his career from working in Denmark and in the US.

In 2010, Walker joined OSM Maritime, where he has an active role in Business Development and P&L responsibility for the operations in Brazil and Africa.  Over the past years, OSM has enjoyed consistent and sustainable growth, mainly in Brazil, where the company has successfully managed various units such as FPSO, Production Units, DP Shuttle Tankers, Subsea Installation Vessels, Accommodation Units and OSVs in general.

Mailyn Borillo leads OSM Philippines as Managing Director of OSM ROHQ and President of our local agency, OSM Maritime Services.

She has 25 years of  experience in International Shipping where she holds various leadership position in Vessel Operation, Finance, Technical Purchasing and Marine HR, in Philippines and in Denmark.

Prior joining OSM, Mailyn headed the Philippine’s crewing agencies of Maersk and Torm.

Stig Morten Helland is a shipping and offshore executive with more than 20 years of experience, with a high level of commercial acumen and strong leadership skills.

With a bachelor in Nautical Engineering and a Masters in Naval Architecture, Stig Morten joined DNV classification back in 2000 and worked close to 8 years in various roles as a Senior Surveyor and Project Manager both for new builds and operation, both within the offshore and ship segments. During the time working for DNV, Stig Morten spent 2 years working as an expatriate and a project manager in South Korea at Samsung Heavy Industries.

In 2009 Stig Morten joined Teekay Offshore and has in the period up until joining OSM 1st of November 2021 held several senior management positions within both their Shuttle tanker and FPSO business segments.

Stig Morten has further completed executive education programs with both NHH (Norwegian School of Economics) and INSEAD where he recently completed a Certificate in Global Management with a focus on Finance, Strategy Execution and Negotiation Dynamics.

As a leader, Stig Morten works through his teams being a strong advocate for the principle of leadership being a service, achieving results through others, working together.

Energetic leader with passion for people, change and momentum. 25 years of shipping experience at various levels in various companies. Technical and operational background from start of career, that transformed into commercial, leadership and organisational roles in recent years.

Yngve Jonassen joined OSM in 2017 and is heading Oserv Catering in delivering value-add solutions within Catering Management to a vast portfolio of customers. He also has overall responsibility for the global Travel and Crew logistics strategy and execution. He has a bachelor’s degree from the North University. He has more than 25 years of international experience from commercial and managerial positions within the financial sector through to the travel industry, working with credit risk management, payment solutions, travel management and crew logistics as well as procurement and supply chain logistics.

Constantinos Tzagotzides has held management positions in the accounting sector of shipping over the last 17 years.

During 2007-19, Constantinos held the position of Group Chief Accountant in Deep Sea Supply PLC, a ship owning company listed in the Norwegian Oslo Stock Exchange.

From 2001 to 2004, he has worked for AP Moller-Maersk.

He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

Morten Amundsen is the Chief Legal Officer for the OSM Group of companies responsible for the Group’s legal affairs and its compliance program. He is also coordinating the OSM Group of companies’ sustainability initiatives.

Morten has more than 15 years of international experience in the oil & gas industry and holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo. He has held the position as General Counsel for both National Oilwell Varco Norway AS and the Aker company MHWirth AS. Morten has also operational experience from his position as Chief Project Officer, responsible for MHWirth’s multi-discipline, high-value projects.

Vassilis Malikides is a finance executive with commercial acumen and is driven by adding value to the business. He has held senior leadership positions in the shipping industry for the last 10 years. Currently, he is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, performance management, analytics and ICT organization. Vassilis enjoys building strong teams and long-lasting relationships across the globe.

Prior to joining OSM in 2015, he had held managerial positions in SeaBird Exploration Plc and PWC.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and holds a BA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

Ole-Johan is today responsible for OSM Bergen serving local and international customers from Bergen, the shipping capital of Norway. OSM Bergen was established in 2020. Ole-Johan has extensive experience from working in management positions in several ship owning companies , Jo Tankers, Odfjell and Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi. In addition to technical ship management he has also worked with new building/project management, commercial ship operation as well as business development. He has a MSC degree from the Norwegian Institute of Technology and has a special interest in new marine technology and how shipping will meet the green challenge.

Ari Dufvelin ex. Shuttle Tanker Captain with DP qualifications, is responsible for the technical management services delivered by OSM from its Helsinki office.

He has more than 30 years of experience in a multitude of roles ranging from deck officer to VP Ship Management in the industry. He joined OSM in 2014 as MD of OSM Ship management Finland Oy.

Svend Anthonsen joined Navig8 Chemical Tankers Inc. in August 2019, mainly to ensure that the project of recoating 22 Eco Chemical tankers over a period of 2 years was executed. In addition, he established the technical department ensuring that management of the manager’s function was in place and cost control enhanced.

Previously Mr. Anthonsen was the vice president of the technical department in Eitzen Chemical and later Team Tankers International A/S for 5 years. Mr. Anthonsen had also held a position as CTO/General Manager in Ultragas/Ultrabulk for nearly 5 years where he was responsible for the technical operation and the new building program of both gas and bulk carriers. Prior to that, he was employed in Eitzen Group for 11 years where he held a number of positions over the years ranging from Technical Superintendent, Technical Manager and Technical Director in the ship management division of the company.

All his previous experience has given him a very strong knowledge of the technical operation, both from a ship owning and ship managing perspective with experience on various types of vessels ranging from product, chemical, gas and bulk carriers. Prior to engagement in the shipping industry, Mr. Anthonsen was employed at MAN B&W Diesel A/S where he worked as Service Engineer for after-sales service.

Mr. Anthonsen has an education as Marine Engineer from the East Asiatic Company (ØK) and has been sailing for almost 10 years in both EAC and D/S Torm A/S. Mr. Anthonsen is a Danish citizen and resides in Denmark.

Pål joined OSM in 2020 as HSEQV Manager, having been with KGJS since 2009. Before that he was 24 years with the Norwegian Navy and NATO. Pål’s main tasks are management of Risk in our Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality, Marine, Nautical, and Vetting Department. Responsibilities are typically Emergency Response, Safety Management System, Risk Management, Environmental Management, Security ISPS and anti piracy, Safe Navigation, Vetting, SIRE, Internal and external Audits.

Pål is from Trondheim, is a JTI Coach (ESFJ), Master Mariner, ex Captain, Navy Commander, Assessor, Coxswain in the RNLI (Atlantic 21), educated from UWC of the Atlantic, Naval Academy and University of Bergen.

Safety First!

Audun Aarhus is the Director of Procurement for OSM Maritime Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and shipping industry with various management positions. Audun has extensive experience within all aspects of Supply Chain working with international companies like United European Car Carriers, Sevan Drilling and Norsafe before joining OSM in 2015

Tor Asbjørn Grændsen leads OSM as Crew Director – Offshore fleet. He holds a degree in Maritime Engineering from University of South Eastern Norway, Master of Science in Economics from University of Agder, Master’s degree in International Shipping & Logistics from the University of Plymouth and Master in Management from University of Agder.

Tor Asbjørn has years of experience both from the shipping industry in various positions related to health, safety and environment, training and HR. He also has several years of experience from processing industry as Human Recourses and Training Manager.

Leiv Rasmussen heads the Tanker and Offshore business segments in OSM Maritime Business Development.

He is responsible for long term strategic development of OSM Maritime’s services and products, including introducing new customers to OSM Maritime.

Ashwani have extensive experience in Dry bulk vessel operations, specializing in PCTC, breakbulk, Container & project cargoes amongst other day-to-day aspects of ship management. He is overall responsible for complete technical management of PCTC & Container vessels under OSM Singapore, supervising all activities related to Technical including IT, Nautical, Purchasing, Crewing, and Accounting. He ensures that all activities are carried out with due regard to Company policies and procedures and with close awareness to owner’s requirement and relevant regulations. He also ensures that each departmental function within the vessel management organization is effective through proper management at all levels.

Tihomir Baraba leads the OSM-Asia tankers division with Frontline group of vessels. He is a certified Chief Engineer with 17 years of sailing, followed by over 17 years of shore experience with operation and project management for international ship owners and ship management companies in Singapore and Dubai. Tihomir holds a degree from Faculty of Maritime & Transportation Studies – Rijeka, Croatia, supplemented by 1st Class Marine Engineer certificate. He joined SeaTeam in 2019, which was acquired by OSM Maritime in 2020.

Vinod George,  a sailor at heart joined the shipping industry at the age of 17 as cadet in Wilhelmsen. 30 years in the Shipping industry with diversified sailing experience till getting command on VLCC’s. Moved ashore in 2011 with SeaTeam and been in various roles including Human Factor / Coaching / Training / HSEQ / Operations during which period he also completed an MBA from Strathclyde Business School Glasgow with distinction.  Leads the dry bulk team of OSM Asia specially designed to cater to the JF group of companies on their dry cargo business for ships managed by OSM Asia. Absolute believer that “It’s all about people” is the core to ensure OSM success.

Head of Health Safety Environmental & Quality, OSM Maritime Asia

Weston started his career in the USCG as an engineer and marine inspector before becoming increasingly involved in the field of marine safety and environmental management. After leaving the USCG, he founded an internationally recognized regulatory consultancy specializing in U.S. Coast Guard compliance and OPA-90 Qualified Individual services. Since 1997 Weston has resided in Singapore where he has worked in the HSEQ field for prominent ship owners and managers in support of ship safety and environmental protection. Weston was one of the pioneers of SeaTeam Management Pte Ltd., and architect of the company’s HSQE Management System, having served as the Designated Person Ashore from the company’s inception in 2009 until its acquisition by OSM in 2020 where he remains steadfast Weston is a U.S. Coast Guard Achievement Medal recipient and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Safety Management and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts.

Sara is an experienced International Business Development & Account Management Professional. She has rich experience of working with multinationals within the Maritime & Ship Supply Industry for over 13 years. She has a keen interest and expertise in Business Development and Sales Management.

Sara’s aim in our Group is to continuously improve services, find solutions for clients and expand the business’s capabilities. Her aim has always been to challenge the status quo.

Morten Sejrup, an experienced and structured leader with long experience within operations, insurance, crewing, modification, repairs and construction in the Offshore and Chemical Shipping Sector. Broad Technical background from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) within Marine construction and systems, ship design, Project Engineering, Reliability Maintenance and LEAN process improvement. Solid track record as Project Lead for several larger Ship repairs/modification and project team member of Offshore Rig startups. Team player and leader with high integrity and business know how.

Ivor Radman has extensive global experience in Crew Management.

He is part of OSM family since 1997 and to date he was involved in all aspects of crewing operations and business developments in  Europe, North America, Latin America , Africa, Australia,  Middle and Far East.

Throughout the course of time, he was working as Crew Manager of tankers and off shore vessels.

Eirik is Director for OSM Recruitment, the global recruitment and sourcing services offered to ship owners around the world. In addition, Eirik is responsible for OSM Maritime’s world-leading candidate pool of offshore and maritime crew.

Eirik has broad management and commercial experience from various industries and has been with OSM in 2017. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Ramona Lavkinaite is Tanker Operations Manager with responsibility to oversee and develop crew management on full technical management and 3^rd part customers’ tanker fleets. Ramona’s background is in psychology, HR management and organisational development and she has over 10 years experienced in shipping industry . Ramona is a member of Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and an active member of Cyprus Shipping Chamber and Young Ship Cyprus.

Synnøve joined OSM Maritime Group in 2016 with years experience from various positions held in the Oil & Gas industry.

During her time in OSM Synnøve has been closely involved and providing service to offshore and conventional fleet, now in charge of the Cruise & Ferry department.

As a new leader in OSM of the younger generation she is innovative and passionate in her daily work delivering high standard service as well as being an asset to OSM partners.

Tove H. Eikevik is the Operational Manager for OSM Offshore Crew Management for OSM’s Arendal, Norway Office. She has 25 year experience working in the drilling- and shipping industry and since 2006 with OSM. Tove is responsible for external and internal offshore and some tanker customers. She gained international experience when working in our Manila office for some years. Her team are working from our Aberdeen, Arendal, Gdansk, Limassol and Manila offices. In OSM we wouldn’t have managed all the challenges we face every day, if we didn’t have great team work and she is proud of what we accomplished together.

Siv-Iren graduated as an Microsoft certified Engineer in 1999, and has been working within the shipping industry for 20 years in various roles. She started her career in 2001 within the shipping industry as a data operator in a company called Vessel Traffic Management AS, as a part of a team that developed a ship operations solutions (DNV Navigator)onboard module. In 2004 DNV bought the company, and it became a part of the DNV family and renamed to DNV Maritime Partner AS. She joined OSM  Crew management offshore team in Arendal in 2011. In 2014 she took the role as Crew Manager in Siem Offshore, before she returned to OSM Crew Management Arendal in 2015. Currently she moved to Cyprus as an Operations Manager to build up a new Offshore crewing team in our office located in Limassol, which now employees in total 7 crew officers and assistants, and the team is still growing.

I’m an electronic engineer by education and all my working life I have worked with offshore and oilfield services. First for many years with seismic companies and then for an offshore construction company. I have had several international postings as manager or technical specialist. I joined OSM Crew Management in 2015.

Adrien started working with OSM since 2015 as the General Manager for Global Training. Applying his 17 years of experience in Maritime Training and Education, he was responsible for creating strategies, development and execution of training and competency programs of more than 10,000 seafarers. Currently, he holds the position of Director, Seafarer Training and Competence.

Adrien is a Master Mariner with Tanker experience. He lead the implementation of a competence management system on over 60 oil tanker vessels, LNG tankers and bulk vessels.

In the field of quality management, Adrien is a DNV trained  MLC and MTC auditor. Recently, he obtained the DNV ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certification.

Adrien also specializes in soft skills, human element  and project management. He is a predictive index analyst and a prince2 practitioner.

Martin works as the Senior Manager Strategic Planning for OSM Crew Management located in Denmark where he is responsible for key strategic projects in the organization. Martin started with OSM in 2013 in OSM Manila and from there moved to Cyprus and lived there for 3 years before now having moved to and work from Denmark. He has taken up different roles in the organization from Crewing Operations to project management and process excellence to business development and now working with strategic projects. Martin holds a Masters Engineering Degree in International Technology Management.

Douglas Dalli has been leading OSM’s Site Supervision teams since February 2006, operating out of OSM’s Singapore office.

Since the start, Douglas and the site teams have been involved in the construction of 147 vessels with original vessels being dedicated to offshore and, with the change in the market trend, developed competency towards Ro-Ro, Ro-Pax, Cruise liners and all electrical ferries.

Naval Architect with comprehensive experience on Newbuildings, has worked as technical Manager, Production Manager, Sales Manager and Managing Director in several shipyards.

Involved in strategy, Business Intelligence and searching for new business opportunities and negotiation with shipowners from initial stage to contract signature in the Projects & New Building Supervision Division

Franck Fallet is a French national based in Limassol, Cyprus and has been with OSERV Catering for 3 years. He has 29 years’ experience from various leading roles in the shipping industry. For 12 years he was responsible for one of the largest shipping procurement platforms globally, where he assisted, advised and supported more than 35 procurement directors worldwide. He also was a member of the technical procurement board and in charge of the business development strategy. “My mission is to lead, advise and assist both existing and potential future clients within our service offering. The main goal is really to offer top quality catering at a competitive cost, whilst considering the safety, comfort, and well-being of the crew both onshore and onboard the vessel”.

Markus is Swiss born and a diploma chef by profession. He has an extensive international career and currently lives in the Philippines where he is settled with his family. Over the last 35 years, Markus grew from his culinary roots into a Hospitality Management, Education and Consultancy Expert in charge of various assignments in Maritime catering, Hotel & Cruise operation, Universities including his very own Restaurant ventures. With his obvious passion to share knowledge, take care of people and offer opportunities, he joined the OSM Maritime Group in 2014 to establish the Catering Academy under OSERV Catering which allowed him to take on the operation of the groups Global Provision Catering and Management arm. Today, the academy’s career program integrated with OSERV Catering Management is leading to many crew career success stories which in turn result into a unique advantage for our Customers and increased Crew satisfaction.

Tommy Rekdal joined OSM Maritime Group in 2020 as Insurance and Claims Manager. Rekdal has since his graduation held a variety of leadership positions, including head of insurance and claims at a Norwegian shipowner. Rekdal has extensive maritime, risk management and marine insurance experience and will work to develop insurance management services for both existing and new clients of OSM Maritime Group. He holds a MSc in corporate risk and security management from the University of Southampton and a MA in marine insurance and risk management from the University of Oslo.

Elin Vold Ågren primary focus is to offer claims and insurance support to clients and the OSM group. Elin is a Norwegian lawyer specialized in maritime law. Since she graduated in 2011, she has worked in the maritime industry in various roles. She has worked for two larger Norwegian shipowners working with insurance related claims and  providing legal support to the organizations. Elin has extensive claims experience within insurances such as P&I, H&M and FDD to more specialized insurance products. She joined OSM in 2020.

Maria Sabbagha has been working in the shipping industry for the last 30 years and she has an immense experience in P&I claims handling. She is currently the P&I claims manager at OSM, a post she held since 2015 and she has led her team to a successful outcome.

Maria’s background in medical law in conjunction with her vast marine insurance knowledge has helped her to be able to handle any claim by being fair and prudent at the same time for the good of both the crew and the company she represents.

She has acquired a good reputation in the shipping industry and she is well known by  Clients as well as marine insurance providers around the world from Norway, Cyprus to UK and the Far Eeast.

Dr Christian ‘Didoy’ Lubaton heads the Nordic Medical Clinic as Medical Director for Holistic Care.

Together with his medical team,  they practice a holistic approach to healthcare. From the physical and mental health fitness of the seafarer’s well-being at sea, the aim is loss prevention: for a decrease in medical repatriations and sick cases onboard, leading to customer’s success. Services include Pre Employment Medical Examinations, COVID Testing, Vaccinations, and Telemedicine for the vessels. He is responsible for strengthening the holistic health culture of seafarers and OSM.  Main roles include key account management of customers, financial management of the clinic, new projects and initiatives in expanding the holistic healthcare in different territories. He is passionate and effective on holistic health education, giving health talks and consulted by different companies across industries for 10 years, before joining OSM last 2018 to build Nordic Medical Clinic.

Dr Paredes is the visionary founder of Wellnessland Health Institute and Wellnessland Wholeness Center, a leader in the field of natural and complementary health care and education. He is also a speaker/facilitator of numerous health talks, seminars, workshops and retreats held in different parts of the country and outside the country. His studies/certifications include: University of the Philippines Diliman, Bachelor of Science Chemistry Class ’94, University of the Philippines College of Medicine Class ’99, Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. Dr Paredes has authored and co-authored 7 books.

He is also the founder of Self Health Empowerment Movement, a health awareness movement whose mission is to empower people to take control of their health. His holistic and transformative medical work is based in Cebu City, Philippines where he resides.

Margarita Huerte, MD
Medical Director – Over-all Operations, Nordic Medical Clinic

Dr. Marj is a Maritime Medicine Specialist approved by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, as well as the Netherlands Shipping Inspectorate, Panama Maritime Authority and several Protection and Indemnity Insurance companies. She is over-all in charge of NMC daily operations, Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance. Her focus is maintaining NMC excellence while upholding care of staff among the seafarers.

Joined OSM from KGJS in August 2020. He is working with energy efficiency, environmental regulations and data collection. Øyvind holds a Master degree (Sivilingeniør, Marin Teknikk) from NTNU in Trondheim.

Xanthos Neofytou is responsible for the Sales Infrastructure of OSM Maritime Group. This includes the design, development, and maintenance of an efficient and unique BD & Sales mechanism for OSM Maritime Group globally to ensure that customer experience starts from day one.

Xanthos responsibilities expand to the management of the Digital Marketing setup for OSM Maritime Group. He holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering, an MBA with a focus on eCommerce, and a Certification in Digital Marketing among other well-known certificates.

His technical and commercial experience was obtained via diverse roles. He worked as Construction Engineer, System Administrator, Satellite Communication Engineer and he moved to International Sales and project management in the Telecommunication industry. Since 2018, he moved to the Maritime industry where he applied his knowledge and experience with positive impact to the OSM’s efficient ecosystem.

Christina joined OSM in 2011 and has been in various positions within the company.  She is responsible for projects, tender deliverables, and introducing new customers to OSM. Her main focus is the Offshore segment while being located in Norway.

Christina’s motto is “the greatest interest in humans makes it a natural thing to preserve and pass on the OSM DNA and core values”.

Lambros Filippou is responsible for the sales support. He is tasked with the preparation of presentations, marketing material, and sales reports. He also monitors and reports the KPI’s progress, as well as trains and supports OSM’s sales members on the global sales processes and systems. Moreover, he is responsible for maintaining the organisation’s CRM system and coordinating all the relevant stakeholders for the completion of tenders.

Lambros holds a BSc in Computer Science Digital Media Technology and an MSc in Business Management. He is a certified Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Social Media platforms.

Lambros has extensive experience in Sales and Customer Services and he has an excellent track record of working in the retail and wholesale sectors in various industries. Lambros joined OSM and the maritime world in the middle of 2019.

Christos Petrou is responsible for the set-up, implementation, and growth of Digital Marketing activities of the OSM Maritime Group. These include the Website’s Content, Search Engine Optimization, PPC & PPI Campaigns, Social Media Management, and in general the Online Marketing Strategy of OSM Maritime Group, to assist individuals and businesses to collaborate with the OSM Maritime Group smoothly and efficiently, and vice versa.

Christos is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Media & Communication, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. His experience and knowledge were obtained via diverse roles and constant learning to keep up with the new Digital Marketing trends. He has initially worked as a Freelance Journalist and as a Content Writer, but since 2012 he has been working in the Marketing sphere as a Marketing Manager or as Digital Marketing Specialist in diversified work industries. He is one of OSM Maritime Group’s newest member additions as he has joined the firm in 2021.
