ABOUT THE OSM BULK CARRIERS MANAGEMENT
A bulk carrier, bulker or otherwise dry bulker is a merchant ship/vessel specially designed to transport unpackaged bulk cargo, such as iron ore, coal, grains, steel coils, fertilizers, sugars and so on. Dry bulk commodities are usually divided into two categories: major bulks and minor bulks. The most common examples of major dry bulk commodities carried by bulk carriers include iron ore, coal, and grains. These major bulks account for nearly two-thirds of global dry bulk trade. The other one-third is covered by Minor bulks.
OSM Dry Fleet contains: 30% Bulk Carriers | 17% Cement Carriers | 7% Container Ships | 27% General Cargo/Ro-Ro Ships | 19% Car Carriers.
