10 Doctors – Hospital Advisors

As Doctor onboard the AIDA cruise ships, you are responsible for supporting the communication between medical staff and patients in the hospital, providing professional support for medical examinations and therapies, coordinating the activity of nurses and medical assistants and a variety of other tasks. Some of the educational and professional experience requirements are National Certificate of Competency, medical specialist experience, relevant, emergency medical training, emergency medical training and more. 10 Nurses – Hospital Attendants

As Nurse onboard the cruise vessels your responsibilities are to assist patients and medical staff, issue medical papers to patients and carry out administrative functions within the Hospital area. A state-certified nursing degree incl. certificate of competency and certification in Advanced Life Support is required. Additionally, a minimum requirement for applying for the job as a nurse is at least three years of professional experience, of which at least 6 months in emergency medicine. 10 Public Health Officers

The Public Health Officer onboard is responsible for overseeing shipboard compliance with public health standards. You will need two years of experience onboard or three years of full-time onshore experience in implementing, overseeing, or auditing public health programs. Educational requirements are Bachelor’s degree in public health, environmental health, biological sciences or related fields. First Officers

Assistant Electricians

Assistant Electrician as member of Electro-Technical Department is supporting in troubleshooting of electrical equipment and installations along with the Hotel and Engine Area. Recycling Operations Officers (RECO)

The Recycling Operations Officer is functioning as Designated Person within the context of the Garbage Management Plan of the ship. He/she will foster new ideas on how to improve the Garbage Management on board, save costs, raise compliance and reduce the amount of waste. He/she will be the point of contact for projects, and ideas and provide input and feedback to shoreside employees and crewmembers on the entire range of waste and recycling on board.
